Physiotherapist

Zack Taylor

Zack Taylor is a physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He began his career in the UK, gaining experience across musculoskeletal outpatients, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and chronic pain services, building a strong foundation in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions.

Since moving to Canada, Zack has worked with a diverse caseload including post-operative orthopaedic patients, sports injuries, and complex or persistent pain presentations. He has a particular interest in chronic pain management and supporting patients with longer-term conditions.

Zack takes a client-centred approach, combining manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and dry needling when appropriate. He also uses biomechanical assessment to identify movement patterns and guide treatment, focusing on improving function, reducing injury risk, and supporting long-term recovery. He values education and individualized care to help patients reach their goals.

Outside the clinic, Zack enjoys training in the gym and maintaining an active lifestyle.
